Job Description/Requirements
Duties Include:
Ability to recruit quality and adequate manpower, train and lead them to drive expected sales results.
An expert in prospecting, appointment booking, lead/referrals generation, sales closing, organizing/doing institutional presentations and sales activation.
Proficient sales leadership and management skills in achieving given sales targets on a regular basis.
Ability to research, create new ideas, develop winning sales strategies and effectively execute them for the team to meet monthly and annual targets.
A smart sales planner, controller and executor
Proper vetting of proposal forms and timely submissions
Exhibit professional sales practice and excellent client service delivery
Quality, accurate and timely reporting
Skills and competencies required:
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Insurance
A minimum of two years experience in sales leadership role
Good people management and emotional intelligence skills
Ability to effectively provide field support, co-ordinate, organize, lead and control a salesforce of more than ten to excellently perform
Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and non-verbal)
Ability to build good relationships, network and do good corporate presentations
Skilled in sales forecasting, good decision making and a solutions provider
Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
